Hello! I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida, with a Master’s degree from Nova Southeastern University. I have been practicing professionally for 8 years, supporting adolescents and young adults who are facing emotional distress, academic challenges, life stressors, and burnout. As a clinician, I help my clients build resilience and strengthen their inner resolve, empowering them to achieve their personal goals.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our initial session, we'll begin with brief introductions and then focus on the specific difficulties that you're experiencing. This will allow me to develop a personalized plan for us to work through in our future sessions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

With nearly 10 years of experience in the mental health field, I’ve developed strong listening skills and a commitment to creating a judgment-free space where my clients feel safe to express themselves. This therapeutic relationship allows me to identify the root causes of their challenges and craft a personalized plan that fosters measurable progress.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I enjoy working with clients who are eager to make positive changes in their lives but may not yet have the tools or strategies to do so—tools that I can help provide. They may feel anxious, overwhelmed, and uncertain. Therapy can offer support in navigating these challenges, providing clarity, and presenting a fresh perspective.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

As a clinician, I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as a structured, time-limited approach to help clients identify and modify negative thought patterns and behaviors that contribute to emotional distress. CBT is cited as a collaborative, goal-oriented modality that focuses on both present-day issues and practical solutions. This approach has been effective for my clients struggling with anxiety, depressive episodes, phobias, grief and mood disorders.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

As a clinician, I also practice Mindfulness-Based Therapy which incorporates mindfulness techniques to assist clients in developing a greater awareness and acceptance of their thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations in the present moment. Mindfulness-based therapy has been proven effective for my clients that struggled with anxiety, depression, stress, and trauma. By focusing on developing a present-centered awareness and a non-judgmental attitude, clients can achieve greater emotional balance, reduced distress, and improved well-being.
