I believe healing begins with feeling seen, heard, and understood. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I create a space where clients can show up as they are without judgment and begin exploring the thoughts, experiences, and patterns that shape their lives. My approach blends insight, practical tools, and genuine conversation to help clients build self awareness, strengthen relationships, and move toward the version of themselves they want to become. Whether we are working through life transitions, emotional challenges, or relationship dynamics, my goal is to walk alongside you as you create meaningful and lasting change

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we will take time to get to know each other and begin exploring what brings you to therapy. I will ask questions to better understand your experiences, current concerns, and the goals you hope to achieve through therapy. This session is also an opportunity for you to share at your own pace and ask any questions you may have about the process. Together, we will start identifying areas of focus and discuss how we can work collaboratively to support your growth and well being.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths as a therapist are my ability to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel comfortable being open and honest. I take a thoughtful and collaborative approach to therapy, helping clients gain deeper insight into their thoughts, emotions, and relationship patterns while also providing practical tools they can use in their everyday lives. I focus on helping clients build self awareness, strengthen communication, and develop healthier coping strategies that support lasting growth and meaningful change.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with individuals, couples, and families who are ready to better understand themselves and the patterns that shape their lives. Many of my clients are navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, stress, grief, or difficulties with self worth and emotional regulation. I also support clients who want to improve communication, strengthen their relationships, and develop healthier ways of thinking and coping. My ideal clients are those who are open to self reflection and motivated to create meaningful change in their lives, even if they are still figuring out what that change looks like.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Through this approach, I work with clients to recognize unhelpful or distorted thinking patterns and challenge them by developing more balanced and realistic perspectives. I also help clients build practical coping strategies and problem-solving skills so they can respond to stressors in healthier ways and create lasting behavioral change in their daily lives.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

I use Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients identify their strengths and build on what is already working in their lives. Rather than focusing primarily on problems, I guide clients in clarifying their goals and envisioning the changes they want to see. Together, we explore practical steps and small, achievable actions that move them toward their desired outcomes while reinforcing their existing resilience and resources.

Couples Counseling

I use Couples Counseling to help partners improve communication, increase understanding, and strengthen their emotional connection. In sessions, I guide couples in exploring patterns within their relationship, identifying unmet needs, and learning healthier ways to express thoughts and emotions. The goal is to help partners develop tools to navigate conflict, build trust, and create a more supportive and balanced relationship dynamic.

Family Therapy

I use Couples Counseling to help partners improve communication, increase understanding, and strengthen their emotional connection. In sessions, I guide couples in exploring patterns within their relationship, identifying unmet needs, and learning healthier ways to express thoughts and emotions. The goal is to help partners develop tools to navigate conflict, build trust, and create a more supportive and balanced relationship dynamic.

Attachment-based

I use Attachment-Based Therapy to help clients understand how early relationship experiences may influence the way they connect with others today. In therapy, we explore patterns of trust, emotional safety, and connection that may impact relationships. By increasing awareness of these patterns, I help clients develop healthier ways of relating, strengthen emotional bonds, and build more secure and supportive relationships in their lives.
