I provide compassionate, supportive, and individualized mental health care to children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, stress, behavioral challenges, and major life transitions. My goal is to create a safe and welcoming environment where you feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout your healing journey. As a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I believe mental health care should focus on the whole person and not just symptoms. Every individual has unique experiences, life circumstances, strengths, and goals, which is why I take time to understand your personal story and develop a treatment plan tailored specifically to your needs. I combine evidence-based treatment approaches with empathy, active listening, and collaboration to help you build emotional resilience, confidence, and healthier coping skills. I have experience working with individuals from diverse cultural, social, and professional backgrounds, and I value creating a nonjudgmental space where patients feel comfortable being themselves.
