New to Grow
I’m a licensed therapist in Maryland who believes deeply in the power of connection, self‑understanding, and compassionate support. My work is shaped by my commitment to honoring each client’s lived experience and helping them feel grounded and capable as they navigate life’s complexities. With a background in working with diverse individuals and families, I bring a warm, collaborative approach that centers each person’s strengths, values, and goals.
In our first session, my focus is on getting to know you—who you are, what you’re carrying, and what you’re hoping to change or understand. We’ll talk about what brings you in, explore your goals, and move at a pace that feels comfortable. There’s no pressure to share everything at once; it’s simply a space for you to feel heard, supported, and grounded as we begin building a therapeutic relationship.
My approach centers on helping clients recognize and build upon the strengths they already carry. I believe healing begins with honoring what is working, not just what feels difficult. In our work together, I focus on compassion, affirmation, and curiosity—supporting clients as they reconnect with their resilience, challenge old narratives, and move toward a fuller sense of their own worth and potential.
My ideal client is someone who is thoughtful, curious, and doing their best to navigate a world that doesn’t always feel built for them. I work especially well with autistic and neurodivergent individuals who want a space where they don’t have to mask, explain, or justify their way of being. I’m drawn to clients who value compassion, authenticity, and collaborative exploration as they work toward greater self‑understanding and emotional regulation.
