Welcome to Mindful Harmony! I am a dual board-certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of nursing experience. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD and other psychiatric issues. I have extensive experience in both psychiatry and emergency medicine which have given me the expertise in treatment and evaluation of patients with medical and psychiatric co-existing conditions. I focus on evidence-based integrative treatments. These treatment modalities can involve lifestyle interventions, medication management, and brief psychotherapy. With my customized approach, my patients benefit from a well-integrated treatment plan that is both systematic and comprehensive. My clinical training and background have prepared me to treat a wide range of mental health conditions. Every person has a story that they don't always tell, and we don't always ask. It is my job to listen to that story and help you turn the page.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions and then gather some background information on you. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

I love working with young professionals that are eager to improve, but don't have the tools needed to make the goal a reality. I also love working with people that are having a hard time managing every day stressors and need extra help overcoming the situations that are unexpected.
I’ve been in the nursing profession for over 15 years.
