Welcome! I am a doctoral prepared Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I believe in holistic centered care/utilization of evidence based practice in meeting patients’ quality care and uttermost satisfaction. I’m passionate in working with each person based on individual need. My practice is modeled by Jean Watson theory of human caring. “Caring begins with being present, open to compassion, mercy, gentleness, loving kindness, and equanimity toward and with self before one can offer compassionate care to others” (Watson, 2008, This approach fosters collaboration with patients and provider in making the best and most effective treatment decision.

Will be providing virtual mental health care by assessment, diagnosis, pharmacological and non-pharmacological therapies while collaborating with patient in their own care, based on their preferences while utilizing EBP in provision patient centered care through delivery of best treatment possible. Primarily targeting on the mental health goals of our patients. Will offer initial comprehensive psychiatric evaluation Develop an individualized treatment plan Patient education Medication management, Referrals and counseling as needed. Routine follow-up visits to monitor symptoms and medication effectiveness.
