Hey there! I'm Ryan. Do you feel like other therapists haven't been able to help? Have you noticed little to no progress in therapy before? I help people understand themselves and their challenges in light of their family dynamics. With a background in eco-systemic family therapy, I can spot things quickly that sometimes takes weeks for others to see. I have also lived in Argentina, and am fluent in Spanish. Together, we can use a holistic approach to manage your physical and mental health. I specialize in anxiety, depression, attachment and PTSD; I also have a special interest in faith-based counseling. Seeking therapy can feel scary, but this is the right decision. You deserve a safe space where you can be yourself without judgment. In our first session together, here's what you can expect
After our first session, you will be able to see how your upbringing has affected your present, and you'll have an idea of what progress you'd like to achieve, even if you didn't start the session knowing this. You'll feel empowered that progress is not only possible but likely.
The treatment methods and tools I utilize
I use Cognitive Behavioral therapy, in addition to Emotion Focused Therapy and Eco-systemic Family Therapy models. I specialize in family dynamics, anxiety, depression, attachment, couples counseling, and faith-based counseling.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I take a positive approach and help clients feel at ease very quickly. They feel comfortable sharing in a non-judgmental space and typically are eager for their second session once finishing their first.
