I realize that every individual is unique; therefore, I tailor my treatment plans for each client’s needs. I will carefully blend psychological and/or spiritual concepts to help foster your emotional well-being. I meet you at your point of need. I treat all people, regardless of age, race, gender, religion, ethnicity, socio-economic status, etc. with respect, empathy and acceptance. I believe in the power of positive engery which I pass on to my clients.
During our first session I will ask a variety of questions as I get to know you. This allows for background information to allow the client to identify what their current goals for therapy may be.
My greatest strengths are making people feel comfortable to open up about anything without judgement. We've all experienced something in life and I want my client's to know they are not alone in this journey we call life.
Due to the excitement I feel with my work, I am always finding new and better ways to help clients heal. The result is seeing people grow and change in ways they never thought possible. I never feel stuck or overwhelmed and I never feel burned out. Due to my level of engagement, my clients are more engaged as well. I rarely have a client who doesn’t do the work. My clients are invested just as I'm invested with helping them with their goals.

I found Brenda to be very easy to talk to. She was able to direct our first meeting in such a way that I feel she learned a lot about me. In doing so, she was able to help me explore the ‘why’ of my holding onto paperwork & come up with a plan as to how to attack it.
