Hello! My name is Natalie Grabowski. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. I gained my Master’s of Arts in Counseling from John Carroll University and my Bachelor's of Arts in Psychology from Cleveland State University, both located in Ohio. I have been in the helping profession for over twelve years, working with children, adolescents, and adults. I have worked with a wide variety of clients and issues, including, but not limited to, those struggling with addiction, anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive disorders, couples, parenting, and phobias.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we will go over what you can expect from me, a brief introduction, and we will begin to examine some of the main issues that are bringing you to counseling at this time!

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I can really help you look at things from a new perspective, ask the questions that really get you to think about the problems you are facing, and how to take charge of those problems.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

My clients are really looking for a change. They are willing to really examine their lives and their world and find new ways to take back their peace.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I believe cognitive behavioral therapy is a great evidence-based practice to help teach tools for coping with various mental health issues, such as anxiety and depression. It allows you to figure out a way to treat the symptoms that are interfering with your everyday functioning while we delve deeper into the underlying thought processes that are contributing to the issues.
