As your therapist, my role is to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment. I work collaboratively with you to understand what’s holding you back, build on your strengths, and develop tools for growth, healing, and meaningful change. My approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, and tailored to your unique needs. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, I’m here to walk alongside you—helping you gain insight, shift patterns, and move toward the life you want to live. Therapy can be a powerful process of transformation, and my hope is that through our work together, you’ll experience greater clarity, confidence, and connection—to yourself and to others.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Your first session is all about getting to know each other and starting to build a foundation of trust and safety. I’ll ask questions to better understand what brings you to therapy, what you’ve been experiencing, and what goals or hopes you have for our work together. You’re welcome to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable—there’s no pressure to dive into everything right away. We’ll also talk about: -What therapy looks like and how I work -Any past experiences with therapy (good or bad) -Your strengths, values, and what’s most important to you -Confidentiality and what you can expect in terms of privacy You can ask me any questions too—this is your space. By the end of the session, we’ll have a clearer idea of how we’ll move forward together. My goal is for you to leave feeling seen, supported, and hopeful about the process.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is my ability to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel truly seen and heard. I bring a calm, grounding presence to the room, which helps clients feel supported even when exploring difficult or vulnerable experiences. I’m deeply intuitive and attuned to both what’s being said and what’s not—helping clients uncover patterns, beliefs, and emotions that may be operating beneath the surface. I blend evidence-based practices with a trauma-informed, person-centered approach, meeting each client exactly where they are. My clients often tell me they feel genuinely understood and empowered in our work together. Whether we’re working through past wounds, building new coping skills, or moving toward a more meaningful life, I hold space with compassion, curiosity, and a strong belief in each person’s capacity to heal and grow.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

If you're someone who feels deeply, thinks a lot, and sometimes carries more than you show—you're in the right place. You might be the one who supports everyone else but struggles to ask for help yourself. Maybe you're tired of just surviving, and you're ready to start healing, growing, and finding peace within yourself. I see you—because I’ve been there too. Like you, I know what it’s like to crave more than just coping. To want to understand yourself on a deeper level, to break old patterns, and to show up in the world as your most grounded and authentic self. My work is rooted in empathy, curiosity, and real connection. I don’t believe in quick fixes or surface-level change—I believe in honest, transformational work that honors your full story. Together, we’ll explore the patterns holding you back, reconnect you to your inner strength, and help you create the life you’ve been longing for. You don’t have to carry it all alone anymore. This space is for you.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-i)

I use CBT as a structured, goal-oriented approach focused on helping clients identify and change unhelpful thought patterns, beliefs, and behaviors

EMDR

I use EMDR therapy to help clients process and heal from trauma and distressing life experiences. By using bilateral stimulation—such as eye movements or tapping—EMDR supports the brain's natural healing process, reducing the emotional impact of painful memories. This approach helps clients feel more grounded, empowered, and able to move forward with greater clarity and resilience.
