Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Based in Delaware and Pennsylvania, I use a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy approach to empower my clients to make meaningful changes in their lives, but I'm not here to throw around therapeutic buzzwords. My priority is to maintain a genuine and authentic connection with you.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I'm a down-to-earth therapist who values real, meaningful connection over surface-level positivity. I believe that healing happens when we can show up as our true selves—without pressure to "stay positive" or push away difficult emotions. I don’t believe in quick fixes or toxic positivity; instead, I offer a grounded, compassionate space where all parts of your experience are welcome. My goal is to help you feel seen, understood, and empowered as we work together toward growth and change.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I believe that how we think has a profound impact on how we feel and behave. Together, we can explore these connections and work toward achieving the positive changes you desire for your mental well-being. I understand that starting the process can feel intimidating, especially when you may be at your most vulnerable.
