Hello! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Pennsylvania, with a Master’s degree from the University of Louisville and 12 years of clinical practice. In addition, I bring nine years of valuable experience working with patients in medical settings. I find it truly inspiring to support adults coping with anxiety and depression, working collaboratively to overcome challenges and empower them to become the best versions of themselves.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing and what you want to accomplish. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
Having worked with adults 18 year old and beyond for the past 6 years, I've developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.
I am passionate about working with adults and older adults who seek a compassionate, non-judgmental professional to help identify and address barriers that may be preventing them from reaching their full potential and living a more fulfilling life. Many of my clients are motivated to improve but may not yet have the tools necessary to achieve their goals. They often experience feelings of being stuck, overwhelmed, or anxious about beginning therapy, and I am dedicated to providing support and guidance throughout their journey.
With over 10 years of experience, I provide compassionate therapy using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy for adults aged 18 to 99. I create a relaxed, judgment-free space where you will feel truly heard and understood. As a good listener, I’m here to support you in exploring your thoughts and challenges openly. Together, we’ll focus on practical strategies that fit your unique journey, helping you set and achieve meaningful goals. I also specialize in supporting people living with cancer, offering gentle guidance to build resilience, hope, and confidence through life’s toughest moments.
Solution-Focused Therapy is a strengths-based approach that helps clients focus on their goals and the positive changes they want to create, rather than dwelling on problems or past difficulties. By identifying existing resources and small steps toward improvement, clients build confidence and momentum quickly. This practical and goal-oriented method empowers clients to find solutions that work for their unique situations, making therapy feel manageable and hopeful from the very beginning.
