I'm Emma, a therapist dedicated to helping people work through life’s challenges by building a strong mind-body connection. I create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel free to express themselves, whether we're working individually or in couples. With a background in addiction counseling, crisis intervention, and guiding people through big life changes, I take a compassionate, whole-person approach. I also offer personality assessments to help clients understand their identity, uncover deeper purpose, and find direction in life and career. My goal is to support clients in growing, building resilience, and creating lasting change in their lives and relationships.

In our first session together, we’ll take some time to get to know each other and discuss the specific challenges you’re facing. This conversation will help us identify your goals and create a personalized plan to guide our work together in future sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My biggest strengths as a therapist are my ability to connect personally with clients and my solid training across different levels of care. I’m all about creating a non-judgmental space where clients can really open up, and I make it a point not to take myself too seriously—therapy can be challenging enough! I blend empathy with a practical, mind-body approach to help people tackle their goals in a way that feels right for them. My aim is to support clients as they build resilience, overcome obstacles, and move toward lasting growth and self-discovery.

I use attachment-based therapy to help clients explore how early attachment experiences shape their current relationships and self-perception. By fostering a safe and supportive therapeutic space, I guide clients toward understanding and healing attachment wounds, empowering them to develop healthier relational patterns and greater emotional resilience.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

I use Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients handle intense emotions and build skills for managing stress, understanding their feelings, connecting with others, and staying present. With DBT techniques, I support clients in working through tough situations and relationships, helping them find a more balanced, resilient way to approach daily life

Mind-body approach

I take a mind-body approach, helping clients see how their physical and emotional experiences connect. By using mindfulness, breathwork, and body awareness, I support clients in managing stress and becoming more in tune with themselves. The goal is to help them feel a greater sense of balance and well-being
