Hey! My name is Garika, currently working under Soulful Garden, LLCI have been licensed/practicing in Virginia since 2017 along with Indiana in early 2023, and recently licensed in South Carolina. Before my last few years working virtually, I worked in a residential facility for several years which involved clients with a range of disorders, addictions, and trauma along with various backgrounds. When not working I am staying busy with my wife, children, and dog. Over the years, I have worked with various diagnoses including depression, anxiety, ADHD, life transitions, severe trauma, PTSD, dual diagnosis, and personality disorders; along with areas like family issues and grief/loss.
Really just starting to get to know you and what has brought you to therapy along an opportunity to ask any questions you may have. We'll come out of this with a goal on what you want to be focusing on in our time working together.
My approach is driven by evidence based practices based on the individual's needs which includes Cognitive behavior therapy, Solution-focused, Interpersonal psychotherapy, and Acceptance and commitment therapy.

I do not have an ideal client as I love working with various people as long as you are coming in open and honest no matter where you are with things.
