Solution Focused Brief Treatment

Dr McCain’s treatment method is to allow clients to recognize their needs and develop methods for appropriate and new coping skills. There will be various methods to obtain optimal success in mental health.

This therapy allows client to focus on self and embrace who they are and how to learn and grow within themselves.
