New to Grow
I’m Vanessa, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a laid-back, strengths-based approach to therapy. In our sessions, you’ll be encouraged to tap into your inner strengths and focus on what’s working, while addressing the areas that need growth. Together, we'll work toward your personal goals in a collaborative, non-judgmental environment. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your challenges and find a path forward at your own pace.
Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in a life transition? Whether it's managing stress, coping with depression, or adjusting to significant changes like a new job, move, or relationship shift, I’m here to help you navigate through it. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your challenges and find a path forward at your own pace.
I specialize in helping individuals manage anxiety, reduce stress, regulate emotions, and create healthier patterns using holistic, evidence-based therapy including CBT, DBT techniques, and Person-Centered care. Faith-based integration is available if desired. All sessions are virtual, and my style is warm, direct, and empowering.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, stress, or constant emotional pressure, you’re in the right place. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck, burned out, or caught in survival mode — wanting relief, direction, and real tools for change. They’re navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, trauma history, or difficulty setting healthy boundaries. What they want most is peace, clarity, and a sense of control over their lives. If that sounds familiar, you’re already taking a powerful first step by seeking support.
Faith based therapy
If a client is interested in faith based therapy I utilize biblical principles to guide/shape treatment interventions.
Psychoeducation
I use psychoeducation to assist clients with learning things that will help them to make informed decisions.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
Mindfulness is a core skill in my therapeutic approach, I use it to assist clients with perspective and being more aware of their role in things that they allow/accept both good and bad.
