Welcome to Calm Shores! I offer individual therapy services for clients struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, trauma, self-esteem concerns, and relationship issues. I strive to create a warm and approachable environment while also challenging my clients to explore new perspectives and achieve their goals. My approach is person-centered and incorporates a blend of CBT, mindfulness, emotionally focused, and trauma-informed care.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During our first session, we will explore what brought you in to therapy and get an idea of what your goals are. I believe in the power of collaboration and am committed to supporting you on your journey toward healing and personal growth. If you’re ready to take the next step, I’m here to help. Reach out to learn more about my practice and to see if it's the right fit for your goals.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

With a client-centered approach, I tailor my styles to my client's needs and preferences in therapy. I don't believe that therapy is a "one size fits all" treatment. I am certified in Sand Play Therapy, child and adolescent trauma, and ADHD treatment. I am also a certified grief informed professional. I am currently pending certifications in DBT, nutritional and integrative medicine, and EMDR to better serve my client's needs.
