New to Grow
I believe healing begins in a genuine, supportive therapeutic relationship, where authenticity and nonjudgmental acceptance create the foundation for meaningful change. I strive to offer a warm and safe space where clients feel truly seen and supported, while providing gentle yet honest reflections along the way. I am passionate about working with individuals experiencing anxiety, trauma-related symptoms, and ADHD, and I aim to help clients build coping skills, gain clarity, and cultivate hope through life’s challenges.
Come as you are—there’s no need to have everything figured out. Taking the first step into therapy can feel difficult, and I’m here to support you as we explore what’s currently coming up for you at your own pace. In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you, your needs, your reasons for seeking therapy, and your goals for treatment.
My strengths as a therapist include meeting clients where they are and fostering a collaborative, supportive, and empathetic therapeutic relationship. I bring genuine curiosity and care to my work, which helps support insight and meaningful change. I also integrate evidence-based approaches, including trauma-informed care, CBT, and EMDR-informed work, to support emotional regulation and growth, while tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs, pace, and goals.
My ideal clients are young adults or teens seeking a safe, supportive space to better understand themselves and navigate life’s challenges. They may be experiencing anxiety, trauma, ADHD, panic or life transitions and are looking for meaningful change, greater self-awareness, and practical tools for growth. I work with individuals who are open to reflection and committed to working on themselves.
Attachment-based
My work with Adoption Support Services shaped my understanding of trauma through an attachment and developmental lens, particularly how early experiences impact emotional regulation, relationships, and functioning. In private practice, I continue to use a trauma-informed, attachment-based approach focused on creating a safe therapeutic relationship and supporting clients in building insight, resilience, and healthier patterns.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I am trained in CBT and use it to support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, panic, ADHD, and life transitions.
Trauma Informed Care
I have experience and training working with individuals of all ages navigating trauma, including early life experiences, life transitions, grief and loss, complex trauma. My work focuses on understanding how these experiences impact emotional well-being, relationships, and daily functioning, while supporting clients in developing greater insight, emotional regulation, resilience, and healthier coping strategies within a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.
EMDR
I am EMDR trained, and utilize it as part of a trauma-informed approach to help clients process difficult experiences and foster meaningful change
