I am licensed in Texas, and currently work in a high school setting as my full time job. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, LGBT-related issues, & depression. I am now trained in EMDR which is a great modality to help clients with trauma and PTSD live a happy and healthy life. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. In our first session together, we will get to know each other. I will go through a list of questions, and you are welcome to present me with any questions or reservations that you may have. I would love to do my best to ease your anxiety and make you feel welcomed and safe.
I am a understanding and empathetic person, and many clients have told me that I am easy to get along with. Therefore, I pride myself on making clients feel safe very quickly. Additionally, I am receptive, flexible, and have good communication skills.
