Licensed to practice in Texas and accepts 36 insurances. Specializes in ADHD, Anxiety, Trauma and PTSD
I enjoy working with clients who are ready to work through their past hurts; or maybe just gain a better understanding of how their brain works, and how that connects to behavior and emotions. I love to bring a lot of energy to meetings and enjoy celebrating every person's individuality. I bring over a decade of counseling experience, as well as variety of life experiences to draw from.
When we first meet we will have an in depth conversation about what you are expecting from therapy, and how I can help you achieve that. You should walk away knowing exactly what we are hoping to do together.
I love deepening feelings of self worth and appreciation for my clients in themselves. I strive to celebrate individuality, and love to encourage growth.
I enjoy truly getting to know my clients, and tailoring helpful strategies according to what might work best for them. I love working with motivated people who are ready to embrace themselves and create more positivity in their lives.

Brianna is very personable. I immediately forgot we had just met. She is very easy to talk with. Brianna gently leads the conversation, but was able to pivot when I took the conversation in a different direction. Brianna doesn't rush the conversation nor did she cut off the session (due to end time) when there was conversation in place. She genuinely wants to listen and help.
