About me

I enjoy working with clients who are ready to work through their past hurts; or maybe just gain a better understanding of how their brain works, and how that connects to behavior and emotions. I love to bring a lot of energy to meetings and enjoy celebrating every person's individuality. I bring over a decade of counseling experience, as well as variety of life experiences to draw from.

My treatment methods

EMDR

EMDR is very helpful for treating all sorts of deep-seated traumas and ideologies that contribute to dissatisfaction.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT practices help us examine faulty belief systems and give us coping skills to continue to combat those beliefs.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

DBT practices are extremely helpful for managing intensive emotions and behaviors by teaching helpful behavior patterns to teach positive reinforcement of helpful thoughts and behaviors.

Brainspotting

Brainspotting is similar to EMDR, yet different. It is extremely helpful for resolving deeply help emotional beliefs and thought patterns.

Brianna is very personable. I immediately forgot we had just met. She is very easy to talk with. Brianna gently leads the conversation, but was able to pivot when I took the conversation in a different direction. Brianna doesn't rush the conversation nor did she cut off the session (due to end time) when there was conversation in place. She genuinely wants to listen and help.
