I take the time to understand each patient’s unique experiences, concerns, and goals, allowing me to create treatment plans that are both clinically sound and personally meaningful.
She is known for her thoughtful, individualized approach to care—taking the time to truly listen, educate, and collaborate with her patients to develop effective treatment plans. Through her work, she has helped many patients achieve meaningful improvements in their mental health, including relief from persistent symptoms, increased daily functioning, and a renewed sense of stability and hope. Her commitment to accessible, high-quality psychiatric care—both in-person and via telehealth—has made a lasting impact on the communities she serves.
First session
During your first session at Precision Mental Health and Consulting Services, you can expect a comprehensive and supportive psychiatric evaluation focused on understanding your unique needs. We will review your current concerns, symptoms, medical and mental health history, prior treatments, and any medications you may be taking. This session is collaborative—you will have time to ask questions and share your goals for treatment. Based on this discussion, we will develop an initial treatment plan, which may include medication management and recommendations for additional services if needed. Our goal is to ensure you feel heard, understood, and confident in the next steps of your care.
Strengths
My greatest strength as a provider is my ability to truly listen and deliver thoughtful, individualized care. I take the time to understand each patient’s unique experiences, concerns, and goals, allowing me to create treatment plans that are both clinically sound and personally meaningful. This approach builds trust, improves engagement, and leads to better outcomes—helping patients feel heard, supported, and empowered in their mental health journey.
Ideal clients
Your ideal client for Precision Mental Health and Consulting Services includes individuals across the lifespan—children, adolescents, and adults—who are experiencing moderate to severe depression, anxiety, ADHD, or related psychiatric conditions, often after limited response to prior treatments, and who are seeking thoughtful, evidence-based medication management rather than therapy alone. These clients (and, for minors, their caregivers) are motivated to improve, open to appropriate treatment options—including advanced interventions such as ketamine/Spravato when clinically indicated—and understand the importance of ongoing follow-up and collaboration. They reliably complete intake requirements, attend scheduled appointments, communicate with the office, and adhere to treatment recommendations, including monitoring and controlled substance policies when applicable. Financially, they carry insurance you accept or are prepared to meet payment responsibilities, and they value high-quality, patient-centered psychiatric care focused on achieving meaningful, lasting improvement.
Treatment methods
Psychoeducation
In practice, psychoeducation is incorporated into each visit by briefly explaining the patient’s diagnosis in clear, relatable terms, reviewing how their symptoms connect to the condition, and discussing how prescribed medications and lifestyle factors impact their mental health. During the session, I normalize their experiences, answer questions, and provide practical strategies such as coping skills, sleep hygiene, and stress management techniques. I also educate patients on expected treatment outcomes, potential side effects, and early warning signs of worsening symptoms, encouraging active participation in their care. This approach helps improve insight, adherence to treatment, and overall clinical outcomes while strengthening the therapeutic relationship.
