My name is Tomi ,a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Chicagoland area with experience treating patients across the lifespan. Listening to my patient and working together with them as part of the care makes me have solution to client's issues. Always available ,clients will know they can count on me to show up for them and support them through their best and worst times!

Beyond symptom management my clients will learn strategies for long-term mental health maintenance and relapse prevention. This includes developing a strong support network, practicing self- care , and recognizing potential signs of relapsing. Clients will walk away knowing they have a nonjudgmental and supportive space they can share their feelings. They will feel validated and ready for healing.

It can be use as group exercises and role-play. Giving homework each week to client helping them practicing these skills daily. Telephone can be used in coaching to support client in daily living.

Ms. Tomi is very sweet and kind! She listens to understand and not to judge! She gave me a safe space to open up, similar to how my grandma was to me! I love that she includes God in her sessions as well. I am very pleased with my first session!
