Hi there, Do you feel stuck or confused in your mind or relationship? Are you desperate for a change? Or do you just need a safe space to process things? I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, a Certified Sex Therapist (Candidate) with a doctoral degree in theology. I believe in wholeness, that is Body, Soul, and Spirit and that is a goal I'd love to pursue along yours other goals. I see individuals, couples and pre marital couples.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In our first session, we will build a therapeutic relationship, and I will get to know your therapy goals. This is usually a time when we create a destination and discuss what the hindrances have been so far. It is a goal-setting and dream session.

I love to help individuals struggling in life and with their personal, emotional and mental health.I help couples with communication and and emotional connectedness. As a a certified Sex therapist (Candidate), I help relationships ignite their long lost spark in the bedroom.

Couples Counseling
I use a combination of modalities and models of therapy such as EFT, Solution Focused, Narrative, Sex therapy and bible based therapy. I have had great results in Couples Communication, sexual relationship, spirituality and parenting combining these models especially when combined with individual therapy, psychotherapy and life coaching.
