In your first session, you can expect a welcoming and non-judgmental environment where we’ll start by discussing your concerns, goals, and any challenges you're currently facing. I'll take time to understand your background, values, and what led you to seek therapy. Together, we'll explore your reasons for seeking support, and I'll explain the therapy process and the methods we may use, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, or Solution-Focused techniques. The session will also include setting clear goals for our work together, and you’ll have the opportunity to ask any questions about the process. My focus is to create a safe space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to make positive changes.
