Hello! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California. I received my Masters from California Baptist University and have been practicing for 7 years. I help women of all ages, struggling with anxiety, interpersonal relationships, and life transitions to become the best versions of themselves. I work from a belief that my clients are the expert in their lives and my job is to join alongside you in your struggle and empower you to uncover the solutions you seek.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we will identify your challenges and goals. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. You'll leave the session with a better understanding of what you're facing with an understanding of the path forward. There will always be room for suggestions and feedback concerning our work together.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having leaned into a person-centered approach, I have developed an approach to helping you identify the root cause of your challenges and create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.

My treatment methods

Person-centered (Rogerian)

I have used a person-centered approach to treatment from the beginning. I find that by offering clients a non-judgmental space to openly explore and process their life experiences, clients have been able to be empowered to reach resolutions for a variety of life's struggles.

Eclectic

I use an eclectic approach to treating a wide range of client issues. By utilizing methods from CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and other treatment modalities, it allows myself and clients to work collaboratively to resolve their issues in a way that is tailored to the individual. Client issues are not "cookie cutter" which is why I have found a "cookie cutter" approach isn't always the most effective.
