I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Virginia with over 15 years of experience working in counseling, crisis intervention, and conflict resolution. I have worked with various populations, targeting issues related to depression, anxiety, mood instability, ADHD, and grief. In addition to helping through life transitions while addressing relationship, parenting or military issues. I use a collaborative approach to help reach success.

Having the length of experience working with children and adolescence in different capacities, I have the ability to build trusting relationships and help them open up about their thoughts and feelings.
While I have experience working with the adult population, I specialize in working with children and adolescence. My clients are openly willing to address their weakness and limitations in the home, school and community environments; and develop coping strategies to improve their symptoms and overall daily lives.
Using a person-centered approach and CBT techniques, I offer an interactive style of therapy to ensure healthy engagement and interaction. I understand that one size does not fit all, and I take pride in meeting clients where they are at so they are finding their own positive solutions and working at their own pace towards success.
