If any or all of these are true, or if you are just someone who is seeking some extra support to uncover more joy and satisfaction in your life I am here to help. In our work together, my goal will be to collaborate with you to uncover your true potential and provide guidance to overcome the challenges you are facing, and to unpack and release any roadblocks which have been holding you back from healing and growth. We will work together to better understand and resolve challenges in an environment of support and guidance.

I also work with parents and families to identify and resolve issues within the family and help navigate solutions for behavioral challenges that may be impacting school and home life.

I have expertise in using cognitive behavioral and psychodynamic approaches and will use my interpersonal style to help you feel better in your life. Over the past 15+ years, I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults with symptoms of depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma and relationship difficulties. I also work with parents and families to identify and resolve issues within the family and help navigate solutions for behavioral challenges that may be impacting school and home life.
