My name is LeRae, I am Licensed Marriage and Family therapist. My personal experiences with family changes, relationships and life transitions have given me deep understanding of how difficult it can be to navigate challenges while maintaining a sense of self and purpose. Throughout my clinical experience, I have supported individuals through relationship challenges, emotional regulation, anger management, communication difficulties and major life transitions.
First session
On our first session it would be about connecting and learning about you and your story. By providing an emotionally supportive environment where we can build a foundation of trust. My objective is to support and empower clients to reach their full potential, through Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Psycho- Education and Solution Focused.
Strengths
I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgemental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. My approach is both affirming and direct. I believe in meeting clients where they are while also thoughtfully challenging them to gain insight , build confidence and move toward meaningful change.
Ideal clients
My ideal client is one who is open minded and motivated to change their perspective of themselves and others. This may include feelings of being stuck, struggles with low self worth and lacks trust within themselves due to past experiences. They are open to gaining new insight , challenging old belief systems and creating a healthier way of thinking, feeling and sense of self.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
To find the connection between thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and physical reactions to create healthier patterns and choices.
Psychoeducation
Teaching clients about symptoms, emotions, relationships, coping skills and how they are connected with the the choices we make.
