New to Grow
Hello! My name is Alexandra, and I am a bilingual, first-generation Latina, who deeply understands the unique challenges of urban and multicultural communities. With over 7 years of experience, I provide a welcoming space for teens, young adults, and multicultural families. I bring years of clinical experience from academic environments, group facilitation, and individual and family therapy. Passionate about my work, I am currently accepting new clients and dedicated to helping them identify and achieve their therapy goals. Si gustaría podemos tener sesiones en español.
The first session will focus on building a comfortable environment to get to know you, discuss your past therapy experiences, and establish your current goals. Above all, my priority is meeting you exactly where you are in your therapuetic process.
With years of experience across diverse communities and age groups, I have provided compassionate support by helping clients navigate life transitions, social dynamics, mood regulation, anxiety, body image, academic stress and more.
I love working with clients who show up authentically, value a safe therapeutic space, and are invested in collaborating in their journey toward growth, self-discovery, and creating meaningful changes. My clients can vary from being a young adult navigating life stressors such as career transitions, to an adolescent managing family dynamics, mental health, or exploring identities. But most importantly I would like clients to understand it’s normal for progress to have twists and turns. Working together, we'll make sure to celebrate your achievements and guide you toward your goals.
