Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During our first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental environment. We’ll spend time getting to know one another, discussing what brought you to therapy, and identifying the goals you would like to work toward. I’ll ask questions to better understand you and your experiences,. I’d like to hear about your strengths, and current needs while allowing you to share at a pace that feels comfortable. Together, we’ll begin developing a personalized plan to make you feel grounded and supported during your healing begins.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I combine genuine connection with evidence-based strategies. I take the time to understand each client’s personal experiences, strengths, and goals rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. By integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy, I help clients better understand their thoughts and emotions while building practical skills and creating lasting change.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal clients are adolescents, young adults, and millennials who are navigating life's transitions and looking for a safe place to grow. Whether you're adjusting to a new school, starting college, entering adulthood, navigating relationships, preparing for marriage, healing from a breakup or divorce, or simply feeling overwhelmed by life's demands, therapy can provide the support and clarity you need. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling anxious, stuck, disconnected, or unsure of themselves. Together, we'll explore the thoughts, emotions, and experiences that may be holding you back while building practical tools to help you move forward with confidence. I believe therapy should be a collaborative process where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change. If you're ready to better understand yourself, strengthen your relationships, and build a life that feels more aligned with who you are, I'd be honored to support you on that journey. .

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Once emotions and feelings are have been validated and understood, CBT will be used to identify a client’s interpretation and or perception of things.

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)

EFT is used to help a client identify, experience, and understand the deeper emotions and attachment needs that are connected to their reactions.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

SFBT is often used at varying stages in treatment. When this method is applied questions will be used to help clarify what the client wants out of treatments and effective ways to achieve each goal.
