I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Substance Abuse Counselor with experience supporting individuals facing mental health concerns, substance use, trauma, relationship stress, codependency, and life transitions. I provide a compassionate, trauma-informed, and practical approach to therapy that helps clients feel heard, supported, and empowered. My work is rooted in the belief that healing happens through safety, connection, and honest support. I use approaches such as CBT, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and person-centered care to help clients better understand themselves, build healthier coping skills, strengthen boundaries, and make meaningful changes. I am especially passionate about helping individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of their next step. Whether you are working toward recovery, emotional stability, healthier relationships, or personal growth, my goal is to walk alongside you with compassion, respect, and hope.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we will take time to get to know each other and talk about what brings you to therapy. I will ask questions about your current concerns, history, strengths, support system, and goals for treatment. My goal is to create a safe, respectful, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and supported. We will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you, and you do not have to share everything all at once. Together, we will begin identifying what you would like to work on and discuss practical next steps for your healing and growth.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths are creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and understood. I bring a compassionate, trauma-informed, and practical approach to therapy, while helping clients identify strengths they may not recognize in themselves. I am skilled at supporting clients with mental health concerns, substance use, trauma, codependency, relationship stress, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative and solution-focused, helping clients build coping skills, improve emotional regulation, strengthen boundaries, and take realistic steps toward meaningful change. Clients often benefit from my ability to balance honesty with compassion, provide structure without judgment, and support healing at a pace that feels safe.
