Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In the first session, I will listen to why you have decided to come to therapy. I will ask what your needs are, and we will develop a plan to help you meet your goals.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My biggest strength is in helping individuals find their authentic selves. I believe in encouraging clients to dig deep into their past to get to the root, tossing out what is no longer needed, and growing into a healthier version of who they are purposed to be. "The process is purposeful."

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I focus on women with trauma, multigenerational trauma, domestic violence and abuse, and anxiety.

My treatment methods

Integrative

Every client is different. An integrative approach allows the therapist to tailor treatment to the individual rather than forcing the person to fit into a single theoretical framework. Integrative therapy often places strong emphasis on the relationship itself. Because life problems are complex, flexibility allows the therapist to shift focus as the client’s needs change. The flexibility of integration supports empathy, collaboration, and mutual respect. Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, an integrative approach considers the biological, psychological, social, and spiritual dimensions of well-being.
