First session
In our first session, we will get to know each other and explore your main concerns or challenges that brought you to therapy. Based on these factors, we can begin to establish a treatment plan to work toward achieving your goals.

Treatment methods
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) has been my modality of choice for several years of practice. CBT allows for an opportunity to explore feelings, learn more about yourself, and create new healthy habits and thought processes to utilize during everyday life.
