I’m a licensed therapist committed to helping people reconnect with their vitality, authenticity, and sense of direction. My work is grounded in mindfulness, psychodynamic insight, and a deep respect for the inner wisdom each person carries. I’m especially drawn to supporting individuals who find themselves in times of transition—those questioning old patterns, navigating uncertainty, or feeling drained by a life that no longer reflects who they are. In our work together, I offer a calm, attuned presence and a space where you can slow down, listen inwardly, and rediscover what feels true and alive for you. My goal is to help you step back into your life with more clarity, confidence, and connection.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session is an open, collaborative conversation — a chance for you to share your story and for us to begin understanding the terrain of your life. We’ll explore what’s been feeling heavy or confusing, and what you most want to move toward. I’ll invite you to notice your experience in the moment, offering reflections that help bring clarity to underlying patterns. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and safe to be honest — a foundation for the deeper work ahead. You can expect curiosity, compassion, and a gentle sense of direction as we begin to map your path forward.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strength lies in helping clients feel both deeply met and practically supported. I integrate psychodynamic, mindfulness-based, humanistic, Gestalt, and Internal Family Systems approaches — weaving insight with embodiment and presence. Clients often describe our work as grounding, expansive, and unexpectedly creative. I help people bring awareness to the stories, emotions, and protective parts that have kept them feeling limited, and support them in transforming those patterns into sources of strength. My approach balances warmth and depth, helping clients not just understand themselves, but live with more authenticity, courage, and connection.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with adults in times of transition — people standing at life’s crossroads, sensing that the old way of living no longer fits. Many of my clients are navigating questions about identity, direction, or belonging. They may feel drained, stuck in patterns of overthinking, or disconnected from their inner spark. Together, we slow the pace, listen deeply, and uncover what’s asking to come alive again. Whether you’re contemplating a career shift, reimagining relationships, grieving change, or seeking a deeper sense of meaning, our work centers on helping you reconnect with your vitality, integrity, and inner guidance.

My treatment methods

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

I incorporate mindful awareness of body, breath and inner experience so that you can observe your thoughts and emotions without judgment. Together we explore how your internal patterns show up in the present moment, cultivating a steady, grounded presence that opens the way to change and clarity.

Humanistic

I hold the belief that your growth and healing come from a place of authenticity, compassion and connection. In our sessions I invite your true self to emerge gently and safely, supporting you to uncover your inner rhythm, reclaim freedom and live in alignment with who you are.

Psychodynamic

Drawing from your personal history, relational patterns and the architecture of your inner world, I work with you to uncover how past voices, wounds and defense systems continue to shape your present life. By bringing those layers into awareness, we open the possibility for deeper insight, transformation and freedom.

Gestalt

With a focus on your present-moment experience, relational dynamics and what wants its voice, I partner with you in exploring how you’re interacting with the parts of yourself and with the world. We pay attention to the ‘here-and-now’, the felt sense of your experience, and the expressions of you that emerge when you give them space.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

I work from a parts-work perspective, where we gently engage with the many facets of your internal system—the protector parts, wounded parts, the Self that guides. Together we build collaboration among those parts, shift internal struggle into harmony, and empower your core Self to lead your inner world with wisdom and compassion.
