(she/her)
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a background in both medical and school social work. Over the course of my career, I have supported individuals and families through a wide range of challenges, including life-changing medical conditions, ADHD, autism, learning differences, anxiety, and emotional regulation difficulties. I provide a supportive, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and understood. My goal is to work alongside clients to build practical coping skills, strengthen emotional regulation, and navigate challenges that may feel overwhelming or stuck.
In our first session, we will explore what is currently bringing you to therapy and begin identifying your goals. I will ask questions to better understand your history, current concerns, and what has or has not been helpful in the past. This session is collaborative and structured, and it is also a chance for you to see if my style feels like a good fit for you. We will begin to outline initial steps toward change based on your needs and priorities.
I am a patient, compassionate, and direct clinician who brings both strength and empathy to my work. I am persistent and committed to supporting clients through their challenges, and I remain consistently engaged in the therapeutic process. Clients often describe feeling supported, understood, and encouraged to keep moving forward, even when things feel difficult. While I cannot promise specific outcomes, I do believe that a collaborative and active approach to therapy increases the likelihood of meaningful and lasting change.
My ideal client is someone who is looking for a genuine, collaborative therapeutic relationship where they feel heard, supported, and gently challenged. I tend to work well with individuals who are open to direct but compassionate feedback, and who appreciate open communication and humor when appropriate. I especially support clients navigating ADHD, anxiety, school-related challenges, or health and life stressors who are ready to build coping skills, increase emotional regulation, and make meaningful, realistic change.
