Hilary Andrews
Hello! I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker based in Western Massachusetts. I received my Master's from Simmons school of social work in 2018. Since then, I have dedicated my work affirming the unique intrinsic worth of each individual. I strive to treat everybody with compassion and kindness while empowering them to be in the driver's seat of their lives.
First session
We will begin the first session with brief introductions. We will collaboratively build a treatment plan based on the current day-to-day challenges preventing them from reaching their goals.
Strengths
Through my experience, I have learned to take a stance of curiosity, allowing each person to recognize their strengths first. This provides them with the confidence to embrace solutions.
Ideal clients
I love working alongside adults with a history of substance use, possibly deeply rooted in childhood trauma.
