(he/him)
I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care in a supportive and respectful environment. I believe that mental health care works best when it is collaborative, and I strive to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and comfortable sharing your experiences. I work with adults and adolescents experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, mood disorders, and life transitions. My approach combines evidence-based treatment, thoughtful medication management when appropriate, and supportive therapy, always tailored to your individual needs and goals. Seeking help is an important and courageous step.
The first session is to get to know you as a person, to listen to your story and evaluate your needs for healing. My goal is to partner with you to better understand what you’re going through, develop effective coping strategies, and help you move toward greater balance, stability, and overall well-being.
I am a good listener and a caring provider. My goal is to help individuals heal and improve their ability to function using talk therapy, integrative psychiatric care and psychotropic medications.
I am best positioned to serve individuals who are seeking more than symptom management—I work with clients who are ready to explore meaning, purpose, and life goals in the context of their mental health. My approach is compassionate, holistic, and lifestyle-oriented, recognizing that mental wellness is deeply connected to how we live, what we value, and the relationships we nurture. I support clients who may be experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, or challenges with self-esteem, motivation, or life direction. Together, we focus on building hope, resilience, and a clear sense of purpose, while addressing the practical strategies that support mental and emotional well-being. My work emphasizes aligning treatment with each person’s unique values and aspirations. Whether the goal is to regain balance, clarify priorities, develop coping skills, or pursue meaningful life changes, I partner with clients to create sustainable growth, a stronger sense of self, and a life that feels intentional and fulfilling.
