I'll also spend time getting to know your strengths, supports, and experiences so we can begin building a plan that feels meaningful and realistic for you. There is no pressure to have everything figured out, we'll start where you are.
I take a regulation-focused, relationship-centered approach to therapy. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, I help clients understand the connection between their emotions, nervous system, relationships, and daily experiences. I believe lasting growth happens when people feel safe, supported, and understood, so I prioritize creating a therapeutic environment where change can happen naturally rather than through pressure or judgment. My work is neurodiversity-affirming, collaborative, and grounded in practical strategies that clients can use in everyday life.
