I offer sliding scale services with limited appointments available on weekends. I have practiced in various settings over the years including community mental health clinics, outpatient and inpatient. My job is to be a guide during your therapeutic journey, help you clarify your goals and suggest various techniques to try. The journey can take time and is different for everyone.
During the first session, I will complete a BioPsychoSocial assessment, review treatment modalities, and you will determine the goals you want to accomplish.
