As a therapist, I utilize my role in the therapeutic process to provoke change or help you reach answers they are already inside of you. I believe that change starts from within and with the right support you can unlock and maintain a healthier mindset and life.

I am passionate about helping individuals find their way back to hope, healing, and a new life by changing from within.
I utilize an eclectic approach of cognitive behavioral, person-centered, solution-focused, and Adlerian techniques during counseling sessions. This includes cognitive reframing, challenging and refocusing. Interactive feedback, exploration of emotions and feelings, mindfulness training, structured problem solving and psychoeducation are also used during therapy.
As a therapist, I like to meet my clients where they are and give them a supportive, safe, and non-judgmental environment that encourages exploration and reflection on their particular situations and needs. I help my clients understand patterns in their life and bring more awareness to their emotional and physical responses. My ultimate goal is to collaborate with my clients to help them discover their authentic selves and reach their full potential.
