In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we will dive into brief introductions, collect history and background information, and discus current challenges. We will take things at your own pace. I realize this can be hard.

The treatment methods and tools I utilize

I am an eclectic therapist which means I customize the therapeutic process for each individual I see by using the best methodology, treatment or combination of treatments that is most helpful for your needs. I use a fusion of therapeutic approaches that are driven by your preferences but are also evidenced based. I am most comfortable using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness and person-centered approaches.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I strive to provide meaningful relationships and experiences for my clients. I am known to be non-judgemental and accepting of diversity. I can meet an individual where they are at and at the pace they are most comfortable with. I have over 25 years experience in the field as a counselor and Social Worker and I am knowledgeable of community resources. I am reliable, on time and dependable.
