New to Grow
Understanding and peace of mind are waiting for you. Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of what to do next. Others come because they’ve spent a long time wondering why they feel different than everyone else. Wherever you’re starting from, therapy can be a place to feel acknowledged, supported and gain a sense of direction. I’m a licensed therapist with experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in both school and outpatient settings. I support clients through anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions with a thoughtful, practical approach.
My personality is warm, friendly and welcoming. I want you to feel at ease at our very first session. You'll be in a calm space where you can feel heard, understood and can talk openly without judgment. Together, we'll work toward helping you feel better while building practical tools you can use in your daily life. We'll focus on progress, not perfection.
My style is grounded and collaborative, with a goal-oriented focus. I use evidence-based approaches like CBT and solution-focused strategies, while also making space for you to talk through what’s been weighing on you. You'll learn helpful strategies and tools that will support you long after therapy sessions end.
My approach is a good fit for those who are ready to gain insight, better understand themselves, and actively apply practical tools to create meaningful, lasting change in how they think, feel, and navigate daily life. This often includes people who are feeling stuck or overwhelmed and are looking for both clarity and a clear path forward. If you're ready to feel grounded, better understand yourself, and make meaningful changes, this may be a good place to start.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
We'll focus on how negative thoughts may be holding you back.
Solution Focused Brief Treatment
We’ll focus on what matters most to you—whether that’s reducing anxiety, improving mood, managing stress, or building more confidence in relationships and decisions.
Integrative
I believe therapy should be clear, structured enough to be useful, and flexible enough to fit you as a person.
