New clients continue care with this provider

Hi there, I'm Chelsea! Sometimes it can feel impossible to find the right words and ways to express yourself. You are not alone! Taking back control over your thoughts and feelings is absolutely possible! I would love to join your support system and help you better understand yourself and gain the tools to help you get through those rough days. Everyone deserves a chance to be heard, understood, and met where they are at.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Our first session will focus on a lot of background information and getting a clear picture of the areas you want therapy to focus on. We'll go over a good chunk of information that might feel overwhelming at first, but we move at your pace! It's a perfect time to get all your questions and primary concerns out so we can figure out the best path to take.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My number one goal is to meet clients where they are at and to work with each client to make sure they feel heard and understood. Everyone moves at a different pace, and I aim to do what I can to ensure that my client's feel as supported as possible while still encouraging them to grow and challenge themselves.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I primarily work with clients ages 10-40 with a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, and anger.
