Authentic

Hi! I am a person-centered clinician who shows up in the therapy room as my genuine self. I create a non-judgmental and empathetic space where clients are free to show up authentically as themselves. I don't have all the answers (I'm trying to figure out life, too.) It is an honor to be alongside people while they figure out their own journey through life's ups and downs. I also utilize art, music, and drama in session. I enjoy using humor as a therapeutic tool with my clients.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During the first session, I spend time getting to know the client. I learn about their interests. I also take time to understand what they want to get out of therapy. We formulate a plan together on how to achieve their goals.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I am creative. I think outside-of-the-box. I have been told by past clients that they can just be themselves with me. I accept all of their emotions, and they can "let it out" during therapy. I also utilize art, music, and drama to help clients process experiences/emotions that cannot be put into words.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I enjoy working with tweens, teens, adolescents, and adults who have ADHD, trauma, anxiety, or people-pleasing tendencies. I enjoy working with highly sensitive and creative people. I like working with tweens, teens and women in their 20's and 30's.
