Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we will start with reviewing key components of the informed consent paperwork. Next, I will provide space for us to explore your current challenges as well as your historical experiences.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I approach therapy with the belief that you are a unique individual with your own distinct experiences. You are the expert of your life and the source of healing lies within you. I will serve as a partner in your healing journey by providing a safe, nonjudgmental, and supportive environment for us to take a deep dive into the challenges you are experiencing with the mission of gaining insight and addressing the factors creating and maintaining them.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal clients are male-identifying individuals with unhealed attachment wounds who have difficulty experiencing and expressing a full range of emotions. Subsequently, they have suffered in silence and often experience challenges developing deep, intimate connections with others. Additionally I also work with all teens and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, grief, work and school-related stress, perfectionism, and life transitions.
