About me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida. I have worked in the social work field for over 7 years and I have provided therapy-based services for the past 4 years. I work with individuals, families, and children from all ethnic backgrounds and different socioeconomic statuses. My goal is to always meet my clients where they are, and we work together to determine where they want to get to. Recognizing that help is needed is the first step and reaching out for help is the second. Everyone faces challenges and come across obstacles in life. True strength comes from searching within yourself and realizing that help is needed.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Whether in person or through my virtual office, each client is given respect and can freely express themselves in a judgement free zone. Throughout therapy, coping mechanisms will taught, at times therapy homework will be given, and resources and tools will be recommended to help aid in your growth.

The treatment methods and tools I utilize

Cognitive based therapy, client-centered therapy, existential therapy, trauma focused therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy are a few evidenced based practices that I use.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Taking the steps to talk to a stranger can make many people feel uneasy. Building rapport and making others feel comfortable is a great strength that I have. If you are ready to begin this journey, then I am ready to tag along. It is my pleasure to work with you and I hope to hear from you soon!
