Hi! I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Florida. I received my Masters from Nova Southeastern University and have been practicing for 5.5 years. I help people work through life's most challenging problems, in order to make sense out of their circumstances.
Having worked with people of all ages for the past 6 years and with the high demand of Telehealth services I have been able to learn how to be innovative and effective.
I will walk along side you and guide you through your past traumas, dilemmas, fears, sadness, conflict, and anxieties while providing you with tools and resources that will help you overcome and be successful in all your future endeavors.
First session
In our first session together, we'll start with introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing and wanting to work on. This will help me create a tailored plan, comprised of goals and objectives, for us to work though in follow up sessions

Treatment methods
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use CBT with the purpose to reduce symptoms of various mental health conditions. Providing insight as well as teach implementation of skills to help with cognitive restructuring in order to manage and cope with unmanageable feelings. I am certified in ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy)
