I am able to draw on my personal and professional experience to support clients with developing healthy coping skills to combat their feelings of anxiety and/or depression. As well as building the confidence needed to implement healthier boundaries in their professional and personal relationships.
The goal of your first sessions is for us to become familiar with one another. My aim is to gather relevant information regarding your background and past experiences that may be relevant to our work together.
The treatment modalities I favor are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Talk Therapy, Empowerment Theory, Family Systems Theory, Mindfulness, Solution Focused Based Therapy, and Trauma Informed Care.
I have often been told by new clients that they feel that during our first sessions they are talking to someone that they had known for a while despite this being our first interaction due to my ability to be relatable and my warm and nonjudgemental approach.
