New to Grow
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist passionate about helping adults navigate anxiety, emotional overwhelm, overthinking, relationship stress, and life transitions. I’ve worked in diverse clinical settings with individuals from many different backgrounds, which has helped me develop a flexible, down-to-earth approach to therapy that meets people where they are. I believe therapy should feel supportive, real, and collaborative — not intimidating or overly clinical. Many adults grew up in environments where emotions were minimized, dismissed, or discouraged. In adulthood, this often shows up as overthinking, difficulty expressing emotions in relationships, shutting down during conflict, anxiety in intimacy, low self-worth, and patterns of emotionally unhealthy relationships. In my work, I specialize in helping adults gently recognize and understand these emotional patterns without judgment or pressure to “fix everything at once.” Instead, we focus on building awareness, slowing things down, and creating space to respond differently over time. My goal is to help you feel more grounded in yourself, more connected in your relationships, and more confident in how you navigate your emotional world.
In our first session, you can expect a welcoming, judgment-free space where we’ll explore what’s been weighing on you, what patterns you’re noticing, and what you hope to gain from therapy. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and supported while beginning to identify practical tools and meaningful goals for growth.
My approach is the balance between emotional insight and real-life application. I integrate evidence-based techniques with authenticity, compassion, and direct communication to help clients not only understand themselves better, but also make lasting changes in how they think, feel, and respond to challenges.
I’m best positioned to serve adults struggling with anxiety, overthinking, emotional overwhelm, low self-worth, life transitions, relationship stress, and difficulty regulating emotions. Many of my clients appear high-functioning on the outside while internally feeling exhausted, stuck, or disconnected from themselves. I work well with individuals who want to better understand their emotions, improve communication, build confidence, develop healthier coping skills, and create lasting emotional stability. I also support clients who are motivated for change but need guidance, structure, and a safe space to process without judgment.
