(she/her)
I work with high-functioning adults who may appear capable on the outside while quietly struggling with anxiety, stress, burnout, or difficult life and relationship transitions. Many of my clients are used to holding it together for everyone else, yet internally feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from themselves. Therapy can help you slow down, better understand what you are carrying, and respond with more clarity, intention, and self-trust.
Our first session is a chance to get to know each other and make sure we’re a good fit. You’ll have space to share what’s bringing you in and the challenges you’re dealing with—at your own pace. We’ll also get clear on what you want to change or improve in your life and begin mapping out a practical path forward. By the end of the session, you’ll have a better sense of how I work and what moving forward together could look like. When you feel ready to move beyond the stress, overwhelm, or discomfort you’ve been carrying, I’m here to support you. Schedule your first session to take the first step toward feeling better.
My approach is collaborative, practical, and compassionate. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and solution-focused strategies tailored to your needs and goals. I strive to create a grounded, supportive space where clients feel understood while developing practical tools for lasting change.
I work with high-functioning professionals, parents and college students who may appear capable and successful on the outside while internally struggling with anxiety, stress, burnout, self-pressure, or difficult life and relationship transitions. Many of my clients are used to prioritizing the needs of others, managing significant responsibilities, and holding themselves to very high standards, yet often feel emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected, or exhausted beneath the surface. I especially enjoy working with individuals who are motivated to gain insight and growth and are seeking practical tools, greater self-understanding, and more balance in their lives and relationships.
Acceptance and commitment (ACT)
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) helps clients develop greater psychological flexibility by learning to respond to difficult thoughts and emotions with more openness and self-compassion rather than avoidance or self-criticism.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy helps clients identify and change unhelpful thought patterns, emotional responses, and behaviors that contribute to distress and develop practical coping strategies, increase self-awareness, and create meaningful, lasting change in their daily lives.
